大家下午好!
我很高兴也很自豪能够站在这里参加这次竞选。
我叫-，来自商学院工企班，性格活泼开朗，处事沉着、果断，能够顾全大局。校外联部作为学生会最大的最重要的部门之一，是学生会对外交流与合作的，本着服务学校和同学的宗旨，在学校、商家、媒体、同学之间起着一种桥梁作用。当初我怀着满腔热情加入了外联部，而在将近半年来，我能够当上负责人，并且能够参加部长的竞选，这足以说明我的工作能力和对工作的态度。今天我的目的很明确：是为了担任外联部部长，锻炼自己能力，更好的服务大家，学生会是先进学习主体代表，是先进思想文化代表，是最广大学生根本利益的代表。它锻炼了我们，使我们成为更全面的人才。
假如我当上了外联部部长，我要进一步完善自己，提高自己各方面的素质，要进一步提高自己的工作热情，以饱满的热情和积极的心态去对待每一件事情;要进一步提高责任心，在工作中大胆创新，锐意进取，虚心地向别人学习;要进一步的广纳贤言，做到有错就改，有好的意见就接受，同时坚持自己的原则，进一步外联部的体制。
第一，改善纪律。俗话说“没有规矩，不成方圆”。规矩即常规纪律，即要求每个成员都应遵守的用来约束自己行为的规则、条文等。它是一件事情想取得成功的保证。
外联部成员们，对内交际应该严守部内规矩，以身作则，这样外联部才会成为有方有棱的，团结智慧的整体，工作才会速度做好;对外与商家、媒体、兄弟院校交际时，必定要按着商定的规定程序与之合作，诚心友善以待，因为他们不仅仅代表的是外联部，代表的是学校高质量与好口碑。
第二，改善磨练。把内部成员分成多个组，以组为单位对内外交际。做个比喻，外联部就是一列火车，每组就是一节，节节紧密的连在一起，缺一不可，朝成功的方向前进。每星期一次例会上，各组组长代表发言，自己组近期获得经验，彼此弥补缺点学习优点。由此可以使部内成员积极乐观的去探索学习，多大的困难也会迎刃而解。第三，改善观念。拿破仑。希尔在成功学中讲：“一切缘于观念。”
不知大家有没听到这样一则故事：有两个农民进城，这天天气非常热，口渴难耐，于是他们来到一个饮料部，一打听，一杯水两块钱，其中一农民就想，水在我们哪里是不要钱的，而这里边水都要钱，可见这里不好过，我得回去;另一个农民在想，水在我们哪里是不值钱的，而这里水都可以卖钱，可见这里很好挣钱，我得留下。一个观念的转变，令两人生活发生了根本性的改变。回家的，依然是面朝黄土背朝天，而留下的，却丰衣足食。由此可见转变观念的重要性。对部内所有成员思想交谈，改善对外联部的观念。
第四，改善创新。学校年年有活动，商家年年在学校做宣传，商家的经验远远多与我们学生，所以外联工作年年变困难。既然经验方面比不过商家，就要从另一方面着手，我想到的是创新。站在商家的角度考虑在学校如何做宣传才能使更有效，在这一点上商家是远远不如我们学生的。从这一点吸引商家，使商家对我们举行的活动感兴趣，这样才会增加合作几率。
第五，友谊活动。多与学生会其他部和社团连谊活动，我部负责外界资金进入和外界媒体报道。可以是学生会和社团友谊团结为学校在多个方面带动我院学生业余活动，提高综合素质。提高我院在社会上的好口碑。

do you have a goal for your work? do you have a goal for your study? do youhave a goal for your life? maybe i will get an affirmative reply. yeah, everyonehas a goal of doing something. there is no doubt that a goal is very importantin our life. now i want to tell you a true story in my school life. i havelearned a lot from it.
i never forget last year’s school sports meeting. 1500-meter race was oneof the most exciting. before the race, my best friend xiaoshan had a goal to beno. 1. as a matter a fact, she is not so strong, but she is a sunny girl. she isactive and likes doing sports. what’s more, she tries her best to achieve thegoal, but i wonder if she is able to be the champion. there were eight playersin the race. on the first lap, she was in the sixth place; on the second lap,the took the fourth place, she went on running and she ran toward her goal, thegoal in her mind, look! on the last lap, she was the first to pass the finishingline, she was the winner. oh, great! she made it! congratulations!
at that time, i knew a goal was so necessary and important. i made adecision : “i want to take part in the english speaking competition held in myschool. what’s more, i will try my best to be no.1 in the competition as my bestfriend xiaoshan did in sports meet. ” i am sure of it. i still remembered whatmy english teacher said to us. he said :“if anyone took the first place in ourschool english speaking competition, he or she will be chose to take thecompetition held in jinjiang. it’s a great honor!”
though i can do well in my english written exams, however, to be honest, iam a little afraid to speak english in public. my english teacher oftenencourages me: “raoning, your voice sounds so beautiful, be brave, you willsucceed.” from then on, i kept a goal in mind. i said to myself aloud: stick toyour goal and you will win. and then i try my best to improve my oral englishand dare to speak either in class or after class. at last, i took part in thecompetition and became no. 1. i am chose to take part in the next year’s englishspeaking competition held in jinjiang. i said to myself aloud again: come on!you will win.

now,i want to ask some of you a question: where you get your money from? who can answer my question? --------yes we get our money from our parents. this is the second thing i want to say : the relative .our parents paied us here , they give all the things they have so we must respect them and get on well with them ,they also need us just like we need them.apart from our parents we have many other relatives ,they also give us supports, we should respect them and get on well with them too. if we have no relatives we will have no power to study here.
when we start to study we meet many new faces which will live with us for four years we must make friends with them .just like the saying says friends play an important role in our life,if you have many fiends you will have less troublts in your life ,if you have no friends you will have troublts everwhere in your life,so do you want to have many friends? of course the answer is squo;yessquo;.this is the third thing i want to say :the friendship.
love is the last thing i want to say.as far as i can see love is the last thing you do at uiversity.if you fall into the river you will never get out,this does greet harm to your body and your study.besides many people say that love will not give you the sense of sweetness during schoollife.so i do not support on-campus students start their love at university.
