大家下午好，下面由我来为大家演讲，我演讲的题目是：相信自己。
一个人最大的敌人是自己。
外来的挑战虽然严酷，但不管能不能克服，总有过去的时候;现在对您造成的威胁的事件，以后未必还会存在。惟有内心里那个自我永远不会消失。因此，假如缺乏自信心，你这一生一世就无法摆脱它的控制。
为什么我们该相信自己?因为在这世上，每个人都是独一无二的，所以你该相信自己。那为什么你会是这世上独一无二的呢?因为你所做的事，别人不一定做得来;而且，你之所以为你，必定有些相当特殊的地方——我们姑且称之为特质吧!——而这些特质又是别人无法模仿的。
既然别人无法模仿你，也不一定做得来你能做得了的事，试想，他们怎么能给你更好的意见?他们又怎能取代你的位置，来替你做些什么呢?所以，这时你不相信自己，又有谁可以相信?

同学们，我们知道，一个人的存在，都离不开一个简单的成长过程：身体---从幼小到长大，大脑--从无知到有思想;一个人的能力也是在这不断的成长中得到加强的。
人的自我意识也是在这岁月长河中不断地积累、不断地发展变化的，最终形成一个个独具个性的自我。
我认为，一个人的自我意识通常是影响我们自己潜能释放的原动力。当我们一出生，我们就要与周围的人和关系进行确认，我们成长过程中的行为举止都会受到周围环境的影响。在经过了婴儿期、儿童期、少年时代之后，我们的自我意识已经非常明显。如：我们会很在乎荣誉、爱面子、个人崇拜等等。
当我们对自己有信心也就是自我意识正面影响我们的时候，就会激发我们努力去做好每一件事。而当自我意识消极的时候，也就是负面情绪影响我们的时候，我们就会对学习失去兴趣、没有信心，从而导致学习成绩逐渐下滑，最终变成我们口中所谓的“差生”。一旦你的自我观念一直停留在“学不好”、“不会学”、“不愿学”这些观念中，那就真的就永远也学不好了。从我的切身经历也可以说明这一点：
在我六年级时，我常常对自己所做的事没有信心，像学习，在第一次考试没有考好的情况下，自己没有好好分析原因，是什么导致自己没有考好，只是单纯地认为自己很笨，什么都学不好，逐渐地就在心里形成了“学不好”这个意识，导致在之后的几次考试中，总是因为怕考不好而丧失了信心，结果当然也是考不好的了。记得在毕业考试复习阶段，由于学习的基础打的不牢，复习时心里没有底，自信心不足，学习的情绪也时高时低，为了激励我的潜能，妈妈多次婉转地对我说：“要相信自己的能力，不能怀疑自己，只要用心了，就一定会有好的回报。”妈妈的一番话，让我塌下心来，全力以赴面对复习不再怀疑自己，在期末考试中也考出了自己满意的成绩。
每个人的自我意识都是在成长过程中一步步形成的。周围人们的客观评价和个人的主观意识如果都是用积极优良的信息来影响的话，那么我们自我意识里的优秀潜能就会更好地发挥;反之，如果总是觉得自己不行，学不好知识，什么都不如别人，总是将自己的缺点放大和过于在意，那么就只能看到自己的缺点，优点反而被缺点覆盖住了。
所以，我们在学习成长过程中，应该多看自己的优点，相信自己，相信自己能做好，相信自己是最好的、相信自己是最棒的。那么，一段时间后，奇迹就一定会出现：我们就是那个最好的和最棒的!
